How often does the Peak Tram depart?
The Peak tram departs approximately every 15 minutes. The journey up to Victoria Peak takes about 10 minutes.
Do I have to use the Peak Tram ticket on the same day of the tour?
No. You can collect your Peak Tram return ticket on your tour day, but you may use it any time within one month of collection.
Where can I start the tour?
Our day tours begin from our stop at Central Star Ferry Pier 7 in Central.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed or mobile ticket to a Big Bus staff member at any stop or onboard. They’ll issue a receipt valid for use throughout the ticket duration.
What time do tours start, and how often do buses run?
Daily between 10am - 5pm.
Bus Frequency:
Red Route: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a bus frequency of every 45 minutes.
Green Route: Daily from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a bus frequency of every 30 minutes.
Blue Route: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a bus frequency of every 60 minutes.

Do I have to specify a date of travel?
Yes. You’ll choose your travel date at checkout. If the ticket is for multiple days, they must be used consecutively. Additional elements like Peak Tram or Madame Tussauds may require separate bookings post-purchase.
Can I change the date of my tour?
Yes, changes can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled tour. Use the Big Bus website chat or contact form to request a change.
What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 2 and under may travel free of charge. Passengers aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Most Big Bus vehicles accommodate wheelchairs (up to 650 lbs), but upper decks are not accessible. Accessibility at specific attractions may vary.

Located in The Peak Tower, Madame Tussauds is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Address: Shop P101, The Peak Tower, 128 Peak Road, Hong Kong. Opening hours may change in poor weather.
